“ Darts, pool, good bar food, always projecting the fight live. Gotta love lakeside lounge. Bartenders are always nice and do a greta job balancing between 50 people at the bar. ”
“ Always a solid choice for a cold beer and some snacks. The bartenders are always nice and no matter where the night starts, I always end up at lakeside. There have been some changes in security due to some unfortunate incidents, but I've never felt unsafe. I liken it more to a neighborhood bar than a dive but both would be accurate. The vibes are immaculate, as the kids say. ”
“ If you're looking for a dive bar, this is the spot for you. Cheap drinks. Also do yourself a favor and get a Frosty ”
“ Lakeside is a happy hour bar in my eyes. If you go at like 6/7, you'll have a great time. Bring a group of friends, find a booth and chill. The bar is great, staff is helpful and the TVs are big. The food is classic bar food, can't go wrong with chicken fingers. Not a fan of it at night as it gets crowded and a bit sketchy. ”
“ A buddy of mine took me here as we were on the hunt for some good burgers. The place he wanted to take me to was closed, so we ended up here. The food did not disappoint. You place your order with the bartender, they give you a vibrating pager and when the food is ready you go to the kitchen and pick it up. Got a double patty smash burger with bacon. And some waffle fries. The burger was spot on, or I was just really hungry lol. No, it was good. The added bacon hit the spot. Everything was cooked perfectly. The waffle fries came loaded. Not sure if that was standard. They were good, too. Staff interaction was fine, as me and my friend were the only 2 in there. Typical bar atmosphere in the setup of the place. Fairly large and wide open. I would say come here for the burgers. Not sure how the other good is. ”
“ Last night, a friend took me to this spot for the first time, and it totally brought back memories of the bars I loved in Cleveland. It's got a great, laid-back vibe--play darts, shoot some pool, or just hang out with your friends. The bar food is surprisingly good, and I'm definitely planning on making a comeback. Also, the bartenders were super nice. You should give it a try! ”
“ I'm not going to lie - I consider myself somewhat of a wings connoisseur. Much to the dismay of my love handles - I've had my fair share of crispy orange perfectly engineered vehicles for God's gift to earth: buffalo sauce. This sauce could easily replace mass manufactured red table wine as the sacrement representing Christ's blood, because it's without blemish. I guess the colors a little off, but I digress. THESE WINGS!!! First of all - they use jumbo wings. Expect them to be girthy. Second of all - I'm not sure what they're doing to make them so perfectly flaky and crispy yet so moist on the inside. Triple fried? I don't know. I don't care. These wings are some of the best I've had. Don't mind if I do. ”
“ My new favorite dive bar in Nashville. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for out of a dive bar: a little dingy, cans of domestic beer, pool tables ($1/game), darts (free), video games (including a Golden Tee esque game), and fantastic chicken fingers. They were also showing the Fury/Paul fight, which was a nice surprise. There's a small outdoor patio that has a limited view of buildings downtown. Will definitely be back ”
